For 50 years, Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard has been shaped by the people who give their time, energy, creativity, and care to our communities. As part of our anniversary celebrations, we’re honouring the individuals who make a real difference often quietly, often behind the scenes, always with heart. This nomination form is your chance to recognise someone whose actions have strengthened LGBTQ+ lives in Brighton & Hove. Whether they’ve supported Switchboard directly, uplifted others in the community, shown exceptional allyship, or made an impact that deserves to be seen, we want to hear their story. You don’t need to write perfectly or know everything about the person you’re nominating. What matters most is sharing why their contribution matters to you or to others. All nominations will be read with care, and every story helps us celebrate the people who make our city safer, kinder, and more connected.
