⚖️ DISPATCH FEE POLICY (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
Dispatch fees are REQUIRED and must be paid in advance to secure a service appointment. No technician will be scheduled or dispatched without payment of the applicable dispatch fee.
By scheduling service with DLS Home Solutions Group, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Purpose of Fee
Dispatch fees are NON-NEGOTIABLE and are strictly charged to reserve a service time slot and guarantee technician availability.
Non-Refundable Policy
Dispatch fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed, including but not limited to:Customer cancellations
Missed appointments
Inability to access the service location
Change of mind after booking
Same-Day / Emergency
Emergency dispatch fees reflect expedited service and immediate allocation of resources. These fees are fully earned upon booking and are not subject to refund or credit.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of DLS Home Solutions Group and may require an additional dispatch fee depending on availability.
Separate from Service Costs
Dispatch fees are separate from the cost of labor, materials, diagnostics, or repairs, which will be quoted after technician evaluation.
Agreement to Terms
Submission of payment and/or confirmation of appointment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
