2026 Scholarship Application

Thank you for interest in applying for a Richmond PR Foundation Scholarship. The Foundation is currently accepting applications for its four $1,500 scholarships.

Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must:

be a junior or senior at a Virginia college or university enrolled in public relations/communications studies or courses, and planning to pursue a career in PR.
Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Two of the four scholarships are open to any students that meet the above criteria, and the remaining two scholarships have more distinct criteria.

How to apply

Applying is easy. First, there are informational questions below that will help us learn more about you and what scholarship(s) you might be eligible for.

The main application consists of four questions, each with a 250-word limit, that the judging panel will use to judge applicants. These questions focus on your interest in PR, values and experience.

We seek a diverse applicant pool. If you find yourself wondering if you're experienced enough to apply, we encourage you to do so and we would welcome the opportunity to read your responses and learn more about you.
