The College must provide a response within 10 business days after receiving this Appeal, including a determination or taking one 10-day extension to re-evaluate. There may be unusual circumstances that warrant an extension. If you have questions regarding an extension, email foia@midmich.edu.
Consent to Non-Statutory Extension of College’s Response Time I have submitted an appeal, pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, MCL 15.231, et seq. I understand that the College must respond to this request within ten (10) business days after receiving it, and that the response may include taking a 10-business-day extension. However, I hereby agree and stipulate to extend the College’s response time for this request within that timeframe.*
