Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.
Vendor spaces are only confirmed upon approval and receipt of the £75 stall fee.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own stock, displays, signage, and any additional equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Vendors must be fully set up and ready to trade before the event opens.
Vendors must not begin packing down before 5:30 PM unless authorised by the event organisers.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe trading area throughout the event.
Vendors must hold all necessary licences, permits, certificates, and insurance required for their business activities.
Heaven's Delights and The Cupcake Brunch organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury relating to vendor property.
Vendors grant permission for photographs and video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms.
Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event without refund
Each vendor stall includes admission for the vendor and one additional helper only. Additional team members must purchase an event ticket to gain entry.
Vendor registration does not include access to the brunch, cupcakes, refreshments, or any food and beverage offerings provided to ticket holders.
Vendors wishing to participate in the brunch experience or receive any event catering must purchase a valid event ticket separately, subject to availability.
