  •  🎉 Sidekicks Bash – A Night to Remember!


    Get ready to celebrate big at the Sidekicks Bash—an evening full of fun, dancing, and unforgettable performances! This year’s event will feature live music, games, and more!  Whether you're busting a move on the dance floor, enjoying the energy of the crowd, or soaking in the music, this is sure to be one of the most memorable nights of the year!

    *Level 1 Outing

    📍 Location: The Lodge Near the Grand Haven YMCA (Ski Bowl)

    • Mulligan Dr, Grand Haven, MI 49417

    ⏰ Drop-Off: 5:00 PM
    ⏰ Pick-Up: 7:30 PM

  • 🔐 IMPORTANT – Sign In/Out Required:

    • For safety and accountability, you must sign your individual in and out with staff at both drop-off and pick-up. This will be done digitally.
    • Please do not drop off or pick up without checking in with a staff member.

     

    Reminder – No Early Drop-Offs

    • Staff will begin check-in no earlier than 5 minutes before the outing time. 
    • While you may see staff arriving or preparing beforehand, participants cannot be dropped off early.
    • Please plan to arrive at the designated drop-off time to help ensure a safe, smooth, and organized start for everyone.

    🎒 What to Wear/Bring:

    • Dress up or come as you feel comfortable!
    • Be ready to dance and have fun!

    ⚠️ Please Note:

    • Due to the large number of participants, this outing will not be staffed at our typical 4:1 ratio.

    • Be sure to add this outing to your schedule. To help keep you on track all summer long, we’ll send reminder emails every Sunday for thre weeks outings.

     
    ❗ Cancellation Policy:

    • Outings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to invoicing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the cancellation link on our website as soon as possible so we can adjust plans and offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
    • Beginning June 15 2026 , after a participant’s third cancellation within 7 days of an outing, that individual may be subject to removal from future programming.
