    This is NOT a registration form. Use this only to Add/Drop spots to your registration. This information should be the same that you used when registred.

  • Terms & Conditions

    Please read through thoroughly before clicking submit.

    I understand that these spots will be added on or taken off within 2 business days and I will receive a confirmation email when they have been added on or taken off my registration.

    I understand that any spots requested to be added or dropped by midnight on that date will be charged/reimbursed at the current rate that they are requested.

    Early Bird (April 20-May 31) $40

    Regular (June 1 to Sep 11) $60

    Late (Sep 12-Oct 8) $70

    Adding Spots
    I understand and authorize that these spots will be added onto my group's invoice & I will be expected to submit payment for these spots.

    I understand that these additional deposits ($20/person) are non-refundable and non-transferable to the final balance.

    I understand that the early bird deadline is May 31st and any additional spots requested after that date will be at the higher rate.

    I understand that the regular rate deadline is September 11th and any additional spots requested after this date, if available, will be at the late registration rate.

    I understand that any spots added after September 11, 2026 will not be guaranteed DCYC Conference Swag. 

    Dropping Spots

    I understand that these spots will be removed from my registration & I will lose my $20/person deposit per spot.

    I understand If I have not yet paid my deposit for these spots that I have registered for, I am still expected to submit payment for the $20/person deposit.

    I understand that the $20/person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    I understand that the dropping spots deadline is September 11. Any spots requested to be dropped after that date, you will be expected to pay the full balance, rather than just the deposit.

    Conference Terms

    I understand that all participants in my group must submit a completed an individual registration and digital liability form and that we will not be able to pick up badges for any members of our group until all individual liability forms have been successfully submitted.

    I understand that the conference is for high-school aged youth and that youth participants must be High School age (14-18) freshmen through seniors.

    I understand that I must bring at least 1 chaperone for every 8 youth of the same gender, and that all chaperones must be age 21 or older and in compliance with my diocesan safe environment policies.
