    Bulk Registration Quotes– Important Policy Notice
    This form is for quotes only and is intended to support chapters that are seeking approval or funding from a third party (such as a school or sponsor).

    Submitting this form does not reserve registrations, confirm pricing, or guarantee availability.


    When to Use This Form
    Chapters should submit a Quote Request if:

    A third party (school, college, sponsor) will be paying, or funding has not yet been secured.

    * Quote requests are provided to help prevent over‑purchasing and allow chapters to confirm funding prior to committing.


    Important Quote Request Guidelines

    • Quote requests are non‑binding.
    • Registrations are not held or reserved.
    • Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is received.
    • Submitting a quote request does not create an invoice.


    Next Step: Bulk Registration Request (Commitment)
    Once funding is secured, chapters must submit a Bulk Registration Request Form to proceed.

    Please note:

    • Submission of a Bulk Registration Request triggers invoice creation.
    • Registration quantities are final once submitted.
    • Bulk registrations cannot be reduced.
    • Bulk registrations are non‑refundable.
    • Because SHPE provides a Quote Request process, chapters are responsible for confirming funding and finalizing their attendee count before submitting a Bulk Registration Request.

    Additional Notes:

    All requests must be submitted through the official SHPE request forms (JotForm).Requests submitted outside of the official form will not be processed.
    Registration fees are based on membership status at the time of registration and are not adjusted after submission.

     

  • Bulk Registration Deadline Dates:

    • Submissions/updates due 10/1 - No changes accepted after.
    • Invoice Payment is due 10/6.
    • Codes will expire 5 BD they have been provided*.

    *Any paid promo codes not used by their expiry date will be forfeited and considered a donation.

    • All promo codes must be used within 5 business days of being provided.*
    *Any promo codes not used by the expiry date will be forfeited and considered a donation. 


    Bulk Registration Cancellation Policy:

    • All cancellations must be submitted via official SHPE form and are subject to approval.
    • There are NO REFUNDS for bulk commitment orders. 
    • Cancellations made to unpaid bulk registration commitment orders are still required to pay the invoice.
