Overnight Stay Details

We are excited to be able to provide overnight stay for those of you who wish to travel on Friday.
- Pricing as follows:
  - $30/teen
    
    We will do our best to keep groups together. Rooms will be filled to capacity at 6 beds per room. Groups might be combined.
    
    If there's need for special accomodations for your group, please contact us.
- Chaperones will room together at no cost.
- Deadline to reserve for overnight stay is September 11.
  - Full payment is expected within two weeks of receiving invoice.
- Once you sumbit your resgistration, you will receive an email with a link to reserve your overnight accomodations.
- The buildings are "dorm like". Each room includes 3 bunk beds (6 beds) and there are between 4 and 6 rooms per halway. Each hallway has it's own bathrooms/showers. You can look at pictures here: JAMA Center / Morris Hall
- A "Chaperon Room" will be designated per hallway. Chaperones will stay at no cost and are expected to monitor their hallway throughout the stay.
- Bedding and toiletries are not provided.
*Diocese of Tyler will not be providing any programming on Friday. Your group is responsible for food and any activities from arrival Friday until 8:00 am on Saturday.
