    Register for the Lehnis Railroad Museum Summer Camp
  • Camp is from Tuesday June 16th to Thursday June 18th. Starting at 1PM everyday and running until 4PM. 

    Cost is $60 per camper ages 8-14. Limited spots available. 

    Upon completetion of the form, please contact the Lehnis Railroad Museum staff at 325-643-6376 to arrange for payment in order to complete the camp registration process.

    How long is the full camp session?

    The camp runs from 1PM to 4PM for three days, starting on Tuesday, June 16th and ending on Thursday, June 18th.

    What ages can attend?

    Our Model Railroad Summer Camp is open to ages 8 to 14.

    Does my child need experience?

    Not at all! We welcome all campers who love the railroad system, history, Brownwood, and trains!

    Does the Museum provide lunch for campers?

    We do not provide lunch. However, we do provide light snacks. Please note, we do have a strict NO nut policy.

    What should my child wear?

    Campers should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes, no sandals or flip flops. Please note, children without proper footwear will be withheld from certain activities.

    Can parents watch the camp session?

    To ensure campers stay focused, parents/guardians are not allowed to sit in on sessions. However, there will be a showcase on the final day of camp, June 18th, starting at 3:30PM. Family and friends of campers may attend as the campers show off their work! Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for all.
