The Perfect Purée Product Request Form for Bar Convent Brooklyn
The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley is offering product support to a limited number of exhibitors and sponsors for event activations. Quantities are limited and requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Deadline: Please submit your product request by May 20.

Frozen Purees Product Fulfillment
- The Perfect Purée’s fruit purées, concentrates, zests, and blends are frozen, perishable products.
- Product will be shipped via FedEx Overnight in advance of the event to the address you provide.
- The delivery location must have the ability to store product in a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival.
- Industry City does not offer onsite cold storage. You must provide an alternate delivery address (e.g., hotel, local contact, bar, or business) that can properly receive and store the shipment.
- Products may be stored under refrigeration for up to 10 days.
Shelf-Stable Syrup Product Fulfillment
- The Perfect Purée’s syrups are shelf-stable product.
- Product will be shipped via FedEx Ground in advance of the event to the address you provide.
- Product cannot deliver to Industry City. Please provide an alternate address (e.g., hotel, local contact, bar, or business) that can properly receive and store the shipment.
- Once opened, syrups can be refrigerated for up to 3 months.
