    April 19–25

    • WHEREAS, being impacted by medical harm, negligence, malice or institutional wrongdoing—including within hospitals, hospice care, and pharmaceutical or vaccine-related countermeasures—can result in profound and lasting physical, psychological, social, and financial consequences for victims and their families; and
    • WHEREAS, many victims of medical crime and their families remain unheard, silenced, or dismissed, and countless cases go unreported due to fear, stigma, immunity or lack of accountability; and
    • WHEREAS, we are called to listen—to hear the voices of survivors and families whose experiences reveal gaps in care, intentional harm, systemic failures, and the urgent need for reform; and
    • WHEREAS, we must act—by supporting victims, advancing transparency, and demanding accountability within healthcare systems to prevent further harm; and
    • WHEREAS, we are compelled to advocate—for policies and protections that ensure patient rights, safety, informed consent, dignity, and justice for every individual; and
    • WHEREAS, protecting victims and serving communities requires collaboration among advocacy organizations such as Betrayal Project USA, alongside healthcare professionals, legal advocates, and community leaders committed to accountability and reform; and
    • WHEREAS, it is essential to create safe, compassionate, and transparent environments where survivors and victims’ families can access support, share their experiences, pursue healing and justice; and
    • WHEREAS, raising awareness of medical crime—including preventable deaths, harmful protocols, lack of informed consent, and systemic failures—is critical to protecting future patients and restoring trust in healthcare systems; and
    • WHEREAS, we affirm that hope—the belief that truth, accountability, and justice are possible—is within reach, and that the voices of victims’ families and survivors can inspire meaningful change; and
    • WHEREAS, this observance calls upon all individuals to reflect and ask: How can we listen, act, and advocate to better protect victims and serve our communities? and
    • WHEREAS, Betrayal Project USA remains dedicated to exposing institutional and medical betrayal, preserving testimonies, supporting survivors, and advancing reform;

    I declare, as someone directly impacted by Medical Crimes, I urge our leaders and community to join us in recognizing these medical crimes as part of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, and to listen to the voices of those impacted.  Help join our efforts to advance awareness with recognition, accountability, and meaningful reform so that no victim is ignored and no family suffers in silence.

    We encourage all supporters or those impacted by medical crimes to:

    • Listen to victims or families of victims and honor their stories
    • Act to support victims and drive for accountability
    • Advocate for safe, more transparent healthcare systems putting patients over profit.

    Furthermore, I join Betrayal Project USA and other oganizations and advocates whose courage and dedication continue to drive awareness, justice, and healing to ensure that no victim is forgotten and no voice goes unheard.
