  • Nurturing the Mother is creating Cesarean Scars: Variations of Normal an interactive reference guide to show mothers and lifegivers in all communities the real range of what normal cesarean scar healing can look like over time.

This submission form is for mothers and lifegivers who feel open to contributing a photo of their scar, with optional notes about their experience. You’re welcome to submit more than once (ideally spaced a week or more apart) so others can see how healing progresses. The intention is simple: to offer reassurance, normalize variation, show healing progression and help people feel less alone in their cesarean recovery.

Thank you in advance for your contribution!
