Thank you for your interest in being a vendor during Colo's RAGBRAI celebration on Wednesday July 22, 2026. We expect to host riders from 11AM to 4PM. Please complete this application, include all required fees, and submit it no later than Wednesday, May 20th, 2026. Accepted vendors will be notified via email by June 1, 2026.

Permits & Insurance Requirements
Food vendors must comply with all Iowa Department of Inspections & Appeals food safety regulations. The Colo RAGBRAI Committee will verify compliance before the event and upon arrival. Vendors located on private property within Colo city limits must still submit this application and follow all event rules. Vendors operating without approval, permits, or required documentation will be asked to cease sales.
RAGBRAI occurs rain or shine; no refunds will be issued due to weather.
Refunds are only issued if an application is denied.
Applications are due Wednesday, May 20^th, 2026.
Applications received after this date are not guaranteed approval and may be subject to a $100 late fee.
The Colo RAGBRAI Committee reserves the right to deny applications based on need, space availability, and vendor type.
