VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTIONS
1) Core Team (High Involvement) -Weekly Wednesday Meeting on Zoom @ 6:30pm
Helps drive decisions and owns pieces of the plan
Lead committees and help with major tasks such as fundraising and marketing
2) Contributors (Moderate Involvement)- Bi-weekly meetings Mondays on Zoom @ 6:30pm
Join working groups or specific tasks
Attend occasional meetings
Provide input, feedback, or help execute pieces
Assist with raising money and getting the the word out
3) Advisors (Low Involvement)
1-2 meetings required prior to event
Provide feedback asynchronously (email, surveys, quick calls)
4) DAY OF EVENT STAFF!
Show up for set up , event support, clean up (SEE BELOW)
Great for those with expereince in art/grpahics, media, marketing, event logisitcs, fundraising, education etc.
