Water System Representative Inspection

If you would prefer someone to inspect your water service for you to determine material type, a member of the Holliston Water Department or their consultant (Tighe & Bond) will contact you within two weeks to confirm your sign up. They will follow up again at a later date once enough customers have signed up to begin scheduling. Please note that an adult 18 years or older must be available (at the water service address) to accompany the staff person or consultant during the inspection of your water service line. Inspection times offered will be a range of times, Monday - Friday, typically, Morning: between 8:00am and 11:30am or Afternoon: between 12:30pm and 3:00pm. Thank you for your assistance in determining the material of your water service line.

Please consider providing your water service information by conducting your own basement inspection and uploading the photo to the water department.
