    All applications, payments, and other required documents for food vendors must be received by this date.
  • As some of our rules have changed from previous years, please read our rules and regulations before filling out this form.

  • General Information:

    When:

    • Friday, July 31, 2026 - 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
    • Saturday, August 1, 2026 - 9:00 am - 11:00 pm

     

    Where:

    • Pavilion Park, Olton, TX (Approximately 500 expected in attendance)

     

    Fees:

    • Food Booths/Trucks: $90 (ALL DAY)
    • Non Food Vendor Booth: $50 (ALL DAY)

     

    Your spot will NOT be reserved until the following have been received:

    • Signed vendor contract (Complete and submit this form with signature at the bottom)
    • Health & Food Permit (Food vendors only)
    • Food Handler's License (Food vendors only)
    • Vendor fee paid in full

    All of these MUST be received by July 17, 2026.

    NO REFUNDS will be issued after payment has been received.

    Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, once all of the required material has been received. No specific spot will be guaranteed to any one vendor.

  • VENDORS MUST STAY WITHIN THEIR BOOTH PARAMETERS UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE OCCA.

    Booths are 12' x 12'. For safety purposes all display, serving materials, and seating must be within the rented booth space. OCCA has the right to ask you to move back into your rented space.

  • You will be sent an invoice for your booth. Please make checks payable to Olton Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 487 Olton, TX 79064. Deadline for payment is July 17!

  • When will you be renting booth space for? Please select from the list below and specify whether you are a vendor who will be selling food or not. If you require any additional space, please specify so in the "amount of space required" field on EACH DAY that you will be renting space. (NOTE: There will be an online processing fee of 3% for all credit and debit card transactions.)*

  • Additional Rules & Information:

    • The Olton Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture will not be responsible for any loss or damage. All exhibitors must furnish their own tables and chairs and other display equipment.
    • Your area must be cleaned up and look as it did when you set up.
    • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, display items, tent/awning, and extension cords for electricity.
    • Security will be on site, but ALL VENDORS are responsible for their own booth, and we are NOT responsible for any accidents, stolen goods, or damage to your products. No alcohol is allowed on premises. WE WILL NOT GIVE A WARNING. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT WITH ALCOHOL, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
    • Collection of sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
    • THE OCCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE OR REFUSE ANY VENDOR TO FUTURE EVENTS IF YOU VIOLATE ANY OF OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS.

     

    VENDOR SET UP

    Friday

    • Check in begins at 7:00 am.
    • Please check in at the Chamber table for your space location.

    Saturday

    • Check in from 7:00 am - 9:00 am (before the parade).
    • Please check in at the Chamber table for your space location.

     

    VENDOR TEAR DOWN

    Tearing down early is NOT ALLOWED. You may close your booth, but you cannot tear down until the end of the night.

     

    Important Dates to Remember:

    • April 17 - Application opens to local vendors.
    • April 24 - Applications open to returning vendors.
    • May 1 - Applications open to the public.
