Led by a certified trainer, every session combines clear instruction, live demonstrations, and guided practice so you can leave with techniques you can confidently use at home.

These are introductory basic dog training classes and are NOT designed to address any behavioral issues outside our designated curriculum.  Your dog needs to be able to be in a busy park with other humans and dogs on leash at all times.

Terms and Conditions

I understand that this is an introductory training class and has a set curriculum.
I understand that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a function of the cooperation of the dog.  I therefore acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee that my dog will achieve the desired level of training despite the best efforts of the trainer. 

I understand that once the dog training session for which I registered has begun, there are no refunds.  This is a fundraiser for the Wicker Park Dog Park and is at a discounted rate.

My dog's current veterinary inoculation records must be furnished to Canine Crews including rabies, Distemper Combo (DHLPP), bordatella and a negative fecal exam for parasites. I also understand that Canine Crews recommends the canine influenza vaccine.  Puppies must be through 1st and 2nd rounds of any boostered vaccinations.
We accept digital confirmation at class as well.

I understand that socialization far outweighs the risks and know that participating in off-leash group play exposes my dog to various airborne and nose-to-nose contagions.  Including, but not limited to:  canine cough, giardia, upper respiratory infections and papilloma virus.  Most group classes will be on leash, but in a public area with exposure to multiple dogs daily.

I understand that I am required to communicate any known illness in my own dog(s) at any time to Canine Crews to allow for full disclosure to all clients regarding illness.

Client Agreement and Release of Liability

I hereby release Canine Crews LLC, Wicker Park Farmers Market, Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce and Wicker Park its agents, officers, sub-contractors, employees, animal owners, customers, and potential customers of Canine Crews LLC from any and all liabilities, financial, and otherwise for injuries to myself, my dog, or any other property of mine, which arise, in any way from services and/or products provided by or as a consequence of my association with Canine Crews LLC. I agree to assume all liabilities and responsibilities, financial and otherwise, for the behavior and health of my dog. In consideration of the services rendered by Canine Crews LLC, I waive any and all claims, actions, or demands of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen, that I may have against Canine Crews LLC relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of my dog arising during pick-up, transport, drop-off, and stay at the facilities. I understand that Canine Crews LLC reserves the right to refuse service. I understand that all bites will be reported to the local authorities, as required by law. I hereby declare to Canine Crews LLC that I am the legal owner of my dog; that my dog has not been exposed to distemper, rabies, or parvovirus within the past thirty (30) days, and that my dog has been inoculated as indicated by records presented.

Payments are due at registration of WPFM Group Training Classes.   By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to the terms. 

Canine Crews LLC reserves the right to use any all photos of client dogs for marketing and PR purposes.
