Rutland Farmer Market Registration Form
Please fill out the form to register as a vendor for the Rutland Farmers Market. The Rutland Farmers Market will run from May-October, every Wednesday from 4-7pm. This will be located on the Rutland Town Common in front of the churches.
Our goal is to create a vibrant, community-centered market that supports local farms, small businesses, and artisans while offering high-quality, locally sourced goods.

If answered NO, please go to the Rutland Board of Health and get the yearly permit.
Then email us at rutlandmafarmersmarket@gmail.com If you do not get a permit to sell food product, you will not be able to attend the market.
Fees & Commitment
Our inaugural season fees are as follows: Seasonal Fee (26 weeks) is $65 OR Weekly $15. Please understand fees are non-refundable unless market is canceled for a non weather related issues. If you are a no show for more than 3 market days we reserve the right to fill your spot.

Booth Details
Each vendor will get a 10x10 space for the market. If using a tent please make sure it is secured down as the common can get very windy. You are responsible for supplying your own tents, tables, chairs & if you need electricity. Each vendor is responsible for their own trash removal, if this becomes a problem with certain vendors there may be a fine / not being asked back to the market.

Market Rules/Agreements
Set Up: Can start set up anytime after 2pm must be set up by 3:45pm for the market to open at 4pm. Breakdown/Clean Up: Vendors must stay open until 7pm when market closes, unless weather gets bad we will make an announcement if we need to shut it down. Each vendor is responsible for their own belongings & trash at end of market. Please be cleaned up no later than 8pm. Loading/Parking: When loading and unloading please DO NOT park on the Main Street. Please use the street in front of the Library and Churches. For parking please use behind the Library or school parking lots. We are aiming to have NO overlapping vendors, so each application will be reviewed and you will receive an email after to let you know. Then from there you will be sent payment information. We understand that there may be, example: 3 bakeries or 3 farms, but we will try to have everyone come as long as we agree on what you'd be selling and there will be minimum to no overlapping.
