I hereby acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Peter Larmand Outdoors KIds Fishing Tournament, I will not hold the organizers, volunteers, or sponsors responsible for any injury, accident, or property damage that may occur during the event. I understand that participation is voluntary and I assume all risks involved. I also consent to the use of my photo/video for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
The use of life jackets is strongly recommended for all participants. If you choose to waive this safety recommendation, please provide your initials below to acknowledge your decision.
