This Release is made by and between “Releasor” and Penrose Hill Limited dba Firstleaf ("Releasee"). 1. Grant of Rights: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Releasor hereby grants to Releasee, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish Releasor's name, voice, quote(s), image, photograph, and likeness (collectively, the "Materials") in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. 2. Purpose: The Materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, and public relations campaigns, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, television, and digital communications. 3. No Compensation or Approval: Releasor understands and agrees that they will not receive any financial compensation for the use of the Materials. Releasor hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or printed matter that may be used in connection with the Materials. 4. Release of Liability: Releasor hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Releasee from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Releasor may hereafter have by reason of any use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity. 5. Acknowledgment: Releasor represents and warrants that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess the full legal capacity to execute this Release.
