We respectfully request that you participate in the full 3 hours of the show in order to secure success for the show overall. Due to the outdoor nature of this show, we are asking that you remain with your quilt throughout the duration of the quilt show (11am-2pm). We encourage you to bring a friend and a couple of chairs to help make this easier. Set up begins at 10am, and we request that you please arrive with your quilts before 11am. In the event of rain or wind, we have a back-up plan to move the quilts indoors and display them inside the Train Depot (Community Center). All Participants will receive an Airing of the Quilts 2026 quilt pattern to commemorate the event. You will be notified via email if your quilt is moved from the waitlist to the show list.
