    Seasonal Market 2026
  • This agreement covers the requirements of being a vendor at the Ash Grove Farmers Market, hereafter referred to also as (market). The Ash Grove Farmers Market committee has the ability to make the final decision on all vendors and must be voted on before agreement is valid. 
    Please note priority will be given to vendors who are not already established with Roots and Harvest Community Market. If you are a current Roots and Harvest Community Market vendor please refer any questions or concerns to rootsandharvestcommunity@gmail.com

    Vendors agree to the following:

    • Maintain all licenses, permits and certificates as required by Missouri Law. A copy of the required documents must be furnished with this application. 
    • Approved supplementation must be declared with signage and clearly visible.
    • Must label all cottage food items according to the law as outlined in the Missouri Cottage law.
    • All items in the booth must be grown, made, or produced in the state of Missouri within a 100 mile range of Ash Grove. If you sell on behalf of another grower/producer, you must have clear signage indicating such.
    • Must maintain a clean and presentable booth, you are required to clean up your assigned space after market close including all trash.
    • Vendors must strive to display products in the most creative and attractive means possible.
    • Prices must be clearly displayed for each sale item/category.
    • Form(s) of accepted payment must be clearly displayed.
    • Sale tables must be clear of storage underneath or use a full length table covering to adequately hide any items stored beneath. 
    • All vendors must use a 10x10 canopy tent (unless using a business branded tent).Weights for each leg are required for safety of vendors and customers.
    • Electric will not be provided
    • Vendors must clearly display signage via banner, sign, poster, etc identifying their farm or business.
    • No vulgarity, drugs, tobacco or alcohol use by vendors during market hours or set up/break down. No products displaying the above mentioned items will be allowed at market.
    • Spaces will be assigned by the market manager and a map of the space will be emailed to all vendors by Friday evening. The decision to move a vendor is at the discretion of the market manager.
    • Must have the booth ready and checked in to the market manager no later than 8:45 am. Late arrivals that are not communicated prior to market start will be not allowed entrance to the market.
    • Market set up will begin at 7:30 am day of market
    • All vehicles must be removed from the market sales area and in place in vendor parking no later than 8:55 am.
    • Booths must be fully cleared and packed away no earlier than 1:00 pm and no later than 2:30 pm on the day of market
    • No sales will be permitted prior to the official start of market at 9:00 am.
    • Vendors agree to pricing outlined in the acceptance letter
    • The vendor agreement must be signed and submitted in order to be accepted.
    • Any concerns or complaints of any kind being presented by a vendor must be presented to the Market Manager immediately and no later than close of market.
    • Vendors must take full responsibility to find satisfactory resolutions with regard to customer complaints concerning product defect or quality since such complaints may impact the reputations of Ash Grove Farmers Market as a whole.Vendors should strive to establish positive and courteous relations with all customers, as each vendor also represents AGFM as a whole.
