    Save the Date Options

    To help secure your event date, you may choose a standard 3-day temporary hold or reserve your date for up to 3 weeks with a Save the Date fee option for extended time and priority booking status. Save the Date fees are $100 for weekday events (Monday–Thursday), $125 for Fridays and Sundays, and $150 for Saturdays and peak-demand dates.

    Secure your event date while you finalize your plans. A non-refundable Save the Date fee will hold your date exclusively for up to 21 days and is applied toward your total balance if you move forward with booking.

    Save the Date fees are $100 for weekday events (Monday–Thursday), $125 for Fridays and Sundays, and $150 for Saturdays and peak-demand dates.

    Dates are not guaranteed without a hold or signed agreement. If the booking is not completed within the 21-day hold period, the date will be released and made available to other clients.

  • OUTDOOR EVENTS: For outdoor events, proper coverage (tent, shelter, or shade) is required to protect equipment from weather and environmental conditions. Services may be paused or stopped if conditions are unsafe.
  • TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL COSTS: Travel fees, extended setup requirements, or specialty enhancements may incur additional costs depending on event location and needs.
  • PAYMENT & BOOKING: A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full details will be provided with your quote and agreement.
  • CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: By submitting this form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • PRIVACY & INFORMATION USE: Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing event services, preparing quotes, and communicating regarding your booking.
