Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The Erly-Close-In prize draw is organised and administered by Pro Clima NZ Ltd ("the Company").

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers who purchase SOLITEX EXTASANA Weather Resistive Barrier directly, or indirectly through Pro Clima NZ Ltd ("Pro Clima"), and follow the entry criteria during the promotional period (9th of May 2026 - 30th of June 2026), or while stocks last.

Employees of the Company, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate. Participants must be residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.

Each roll purchased and included in a valid proof of purchase is eligible for one entry into the draw.

3. Prize

The prize is:
• non-transferable;
• not redeemable for cash; and
• subject to substitution with a prize of equal or greater value at the Company’s discretion.

4. Determining the Winner

The winner will be randomly selected via a secure, trusted and unbiased online platform. The prize draw will include all eligible participants. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize.

There will be four winners, announced fortnightly for the duration of the promotion. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner is found to be ineligible or cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, the Company may redraw.

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The Company may also at its discretion publish limited details (e.g. first name and region) on its social media channels of winners, and by entering, you agree to such publishing by us of such information.

5. Personal Information

By participating, participants consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and as otherwise set out in these Terms & Conditions. This includes disclosure to Pro Clima for prize fulfilment and disclosure of limited winner information as set out above.

Participants also consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or photographs for reasonable promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (including social media and marketing materials), without further compensation. The information you provide may be used for future event communications and product updates.

The Company will manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.

6. General Conditions

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for loss or damage suffered by any participant in connection with the promotion or use of any prize.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
