Terms & Conditions of Enrolment
By enrolling in The Thriving Practice Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of the Program
The Thriving Practice Program is a professional mentoring program designed to support holistic practitioners, coaches and therapists to clarify, develop, and grow their professional practice.
The program provides:
one-on-one mentoring
guidance, tools, and strategic support
reflection and accountability
It is not a qualification, not a therapy service, and not a guarantee of business or financial success.
No Guarantee of Results
While every effort is made to provide high-quality mentoring, guidance, and support, no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes, including but not limited to:
income levels
client numbers
business growth
professional success
Results depend on many factors outside the control of Isabelle Cunningham, including:
the participant’s commitment and effort
implementation of guidance
personal circumstances
market conditions
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your progress and success are your responsibility.
Investment, Payment & Refund Policy
The investment for The Thriving Practice Intensive is $5,500 (includes GST) You can choose to: Pay in full, or secure your place with $2,500 on booking, followed by $320 paid weekly (Total $5,700)
Full payment or full deposit amount is required at the time of enrolment.
Due to the limited places, one-on-one nature of the program, and advance scheduling of mentoring time: No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including:
change of mind
personal circumstances
inability to attend sessions
Please ensure you are fully committed and available before enrolling.
Attendance & Commitment
This program requires a minimum commitment of one mentoring session per week over the 10-week period. Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions.
Session times are arranged collaboratively, with flexibility offered where possible.
A limited number of after-hours appointments may be available for participants unable to attend during standard business hours. These are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for every session.
Missed sessions:Sessions not attended without adequate notice may be forfeited.
Make-up sessions are offered at Isabelle’s discretion and subject to availability.
Communication & Support
Participants receive:
one-on-one Zoom mentoring sessions
weekly guidance emails
reasonable email support between sessions
Email support is intended for clarification and guidance related to the mentoring process. It does not replace scheduled mentoring sessions and is not available on an on-demand or emergency basis.
Professional Responsibility & Boundaries
Participants agree to:
engage respectfully and professionally
take responsibility for their own decisions and actions
understand that mentoring is collaborative, not directive
Isabelle Cunningham does not act as a business partner, financial advisor, legal advisor, or guarantor of outcomes.
Confidentiality
All personal information and mentoring discussions are treated as confidential.
Participants also agree to respect the confidentiality of any shared materials, insights, or experiences related.
Suitability & Right of Refusal
The Thriving Practice Program is offered to a limited number of participants at any one time.
Isabelle Cunningham reserves the right to:
decline enrolment (and refund any fee paid)
discontinue participation if it is determined that the program is not a suitable fit or if terms are breached.
