2026 Participant Release of Liability 📄🖊️

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk: By signing below, I acknowledge and fully understand that fishing tournaments and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, and property damage. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Peter Larmand Outdoors, its officers, directors, agents, employees, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise, while participating in any 2026 event. I further agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, monitor weather and water conditions, and assume full responsibility for my participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation.

Season Binding: I understand and agree that my signature on this form is binding for all 2026 season events, including the Fall Bass Tournament. I will not be required to sign additional waivers for individual 2026 events.

Publicity/Media Release: I hereby grant permission to Peter Larmand Outdoors and its authorized representatives to use my name, likeness, photographs, video recordings, and statements for promotional, advertising, or media purposes in connection with any 2026 event, without further compensation or approval. I understand that such materials may be used in print, online, or other media formats.

Final Acknowledgment: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this release in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue.
