  • If you’re a Queensland lot owner looking to better understand how strata works, this session is for you.

As part of SSKB’s ongoing commitment to education in the strata space, we’re inviting QLD lot owners to attend a free Strata 101 webinar designed to give you a clear, entry-level understanding of strata living, responsibilities, and processes.

Hosted by Kelley Rigby, this session will also feature insights from SSKB's Tania Stewart (Business Development Manager) and Bonnie Day (General Manager – Customers). Together, they’ll guide you through the fundamentals of strata and answer general questions to help build your confidence navigating your scheme.

This webinar is purely educational in nature. It is not designed to promote SSKB’s management services, and it will not be used as a platform to provide scheme-specific advice. All information shared will be general in nature, and any case studies discussed will be used as examples only.

For advice specific to your building or circumstances, we always recommend contacting your own strata manager.

    Who should attend?
QLD lot owners who are new to strata or looking to strengthen their understanding of how it all works.

    What you’ll gain:

A foundational understanding of strata in Queensland
Clarity on common roles, responsibilities, and processes
General guidance to help you feel more informed and confident
Join us as we continue our mission to make strata simpler through education.
