Futures First: Mentor Interest Form
  • Start Your Futures First Mentor Journey

"One mentor. One young person. A lifetime of impact."
  • Become a Mentor — Futures First
Some futures need someone to believe in them first.

At Futures First, we serve Transition-Age Youth (TAY) ages 16–28, including young people who are justice-impacted and ready to move from instability to independence. Our mentors are True Believers, people who lead with purpose, speak life into young people navigating real challenges, even when it's hard.

This form helps us understand who you are, what you bring, and how your presence can become part of this movement. Because that's what Futures First is, not just a program, but a movement of people committed to transforming lives and communities, one young person at a time.

Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you and schedule a quick meeting to answer any questions you may have.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and show up fully, we want to hear from you.

Lead with Purpose. Speak Life. Show Up Fully.
