A $8,000 deposit is required immediately upon completion of this form to secure your spot.

 This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be applied toward your total trip cost (it is not an additional fee).

 All flights will be booked by May 13th, therefore the flight portion of $54,500 must be secured by this date.

Trip Details

Male travelers who are traveling alone are required to select the Single Occupancy option and will be accomodated in a private room.

The only exception to this is if you are traveling with a partner, in which case Double Occupancy (shared room) can be arranged.

Please note:

The price listed on the flyer reflects the Double Occupancy rate (two persons sharing a room). If you choose Single Occupancy (rooming alone) there is an additional cost of $38,650 JMD.

Sham Travels is the organizer of this trip and coordinates with airlines, hotels, local tour guides, and other service providers to make the trip possible. However, Sham Travels cannot be held responsible or liable for delays, cancellations, or any events beyond our control, including loss, injury, or death resulting from services provided by third parties.

Trip pricing is based on a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Should the Company cancel, all payments will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

If a participant cancels before the flight is booked, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or nonrefundable fees. Please note that the flight fare is nonrefundable, but it may be rescheduled or converted into a travel credit to be used within a specified period, subject to airline policies.

- 90–45 days before departure: Full refund minus the flight fare and initial deposit.

 - less than 45 days before departure: No refund will be granted 

Pricing Policy

All trip prices are based on rates offered by suppliers and are subject to change. In the event of a price increase, clients are responsible for paying the additional cost. However, if the price increase exceeds 15% of the total trip cost, clients have the right to cancel the trip and receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees already incurred.
