Booking Policy

• Pricing is not guaranteed until a deposit is made

• A deposit is required to secure your trip

• Payment plans are available for most packages
Research & Planning Fee A non-refundable research fee is required before any custom travel quotes are created. This fee covers time spent researching the best deals, customized package options, price comparisons, and travel recommendations tailored to your needs.

Fee Structure:

• 1–4 Travelers: $25

• 5–8 Travelers: $40

• 9+ Travelers: $60

Children 12 and under will not be included.
Important Notes:

• This fee is non-refundable

• Fee must be paid before quotes are sent

• Quotes are based on real-time pricing and may change until booked

• One fee includes up to 3 custom package options

• Additional revisions may require an additional fee
Turnaround Time

• Quotes are delivered within 48-72 hours after payment is received durning normal business hours

• Group trips will take a minimum of 72 hours

* Rush fee is available

$25 for 1-8 people

$50 for 9 plus

Big groups of 15 plus people are $100 no exceptions!
