  • Important Information 

    • Completing this application does not guarantee accreditation.
    • Applicants must represent a media organisation that produces and publishes original content.
    • Each applicant must apply only for themselves – no group or third-party submissions will be accepted.
    • Freelancers may be asked to provide examples of published work (print or digital).
    • World Supercross reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke accreditation applications at its sole discretion, at any stage of the process.
    • Accreditation is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the approved individual.
    • Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant. World Supercross accepts no liability for costs incurred from unsuccessful applications.
    • Applicants can expect a response no later than 10 days prior to the event.
    • Accreditation is not valid until written confirmation has been received from wsx@spacebetweenagency.com 
  • Access Tiers

    Media accreditation is granted based on submitted work, audience reach, and relevance of proposed coverage. Approved applicants will be assigned to one of the following access tiers at the discretion of World Supercross:

    1. Level 1: Enhanced access to track, paddock, pit lane, designated photo/video areas, and media centre.
      Reserved for team media, established supercross/motocross journalists and photographers/videographers. Applicants may be required to provide proof of experience and demonstrated capability operating safely in close-proximity, live race environments, and in compliance with all safety protocols.
    2. Level 2: Access to paddock, pit lane, and designated outer trackside photo/video zones (no on-track access) plus media centre.
      For accredited photographers, videographers, and select outlets. Proof of expertise required
    3. Level 3: Access to media centre only.

    Access may vary by venue, subject to local promoter arrangements and FIM approval.

    Each application is eligible for one appeal, submitted in writing with supporting justification.
    World Supercross reserves the right to amend, downgrade, or revoke accreditation at any time due to misconduct, misuse of credentials, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
