Local Association Treasurers and Presidents are invited to our Summer Leadership Workshop on Thursday, June 18, at the Stark County ESC Auditorium. Rob McFee will present the OEA Treasurers Training in the morning, and in the afternoon during the Presidents Training, share a presentation about the different ways locals can access OEA grants.

The schedule for the day is:

8:30-9:00 AM Registration, coffee and donuts

9:00-10:30 AM OEA Treasurers' Training with Rob McFee, OEA Secretary-Treasurer

10:30-11:00 AM Internet Security-Stuart Graham, OEA Computer Services

11:00-11:15 AM Break, grab your boxed lunch

11:15-12:00 PM Working lunch--Don't Ax the Tax--what property tax elimination would do to public education with Zach Roberts, OEA Political Advocacy Consultant

12:00-12:30 PM Presidents' Training with Dr. Taraja Shepherd Allen, OEA UniServe Membership Consultant

12:30-1:15 PM Investing in Members; OEA Grants that Grow Your Association, Rob McFee

1:15-2:00 PM Strengthening District Bonds-ECOEA President Juliann Doerschuk

The morning is specifically for treasurers with the afternoon dedicated to presidents. All are welcome to stay/arrive in time for lunch. This workshop is limited to the association president and treasurer only.
