We bring the exhibitors - you bring your films!
Art House Convergence (AHC) welcomes partnerships with film distributors to offer quality film programming to the independent exhibition community through our Coming Attractions Program, allowing you to easily reach our 900 of community members, including cinema bookers, programmers and exhibitors, as well as the membership of our global network of partnered organizations including Network of Independent Canadian Exhibitors (NICE), International Confederation of Arthouse Cinemas (CICAE), Independent Theaters Owners Coalition (ITOC at Cinema United), and Film Festival Alliance (FFA).
Through a quarterly webinar, distributors can present their upcoming releases with:
- A dedicated presentation of quarterly offerings (up to 10 minutes): AHC manages the technological, marketing, and attendee process for the webinar - we get the word out for you and provide the meeting space!
- Webinar recording shared with all AHC members post-webinar.
- A direct, dedicated email including booking information for all films presented in the quarterly Coming Attractions webinar (with the option to highlight one title with an image/trailer per distributor) sent to all AHC members.
- A dedicated Substack post including booking information for all films presented in the quarterly Coming Attractions webinar (with the option to highlight one title with an image/trailer per distributor.)
- A dedicated post in AHC’S Member Forum including booking information for all films presented in the quarterly Coming Attractions webinar.
- A social media (Meta, LinkedIn) post including titles of all primary films presented in the quarterly Coming Attractions webinar.
This program is currently only available to film distribution companies including traditional distributors, film bookers, and service providers.
Presentations will be limited to 10 minutes / 10 slides per organization. Timing will be enforced by the AHC staff. Unless otherwise stated, each slide will be on screen for 1 minute. Your presentation slides will need to be sent via pdf to AHC staff one week prior to the presentation. There will be no audio or video.

Q4 2027: September 2027: registrations opens August 2027
Registration Fee
Single Quarter: $300.00 USD
Four Consecutive Quarters: $1,000.00 USD (Your first three will still cost $300, and the fourth will be discounted to $100)
Terms and Conditions
- AHC is not responsible for, nor guarantees bookings or any facilitation for, any of the films presented in any webinar.
- Payment is required 21 days prior to the webinar. Distributors who are not paid in full 21 days before the scheduled webinar date will not be allowed to participate in the webinar.
- Registered slots may be deferred by one quarter with 21 days advance notice of the scheduled webinar date. Any unused registrant slot that has not requested a deferment is non-refundable. Any unused registrant slot that has requested a 21-day deferment window and remains unscheduled after the close of that window is non-refundable. The 21-day deferment window begins the day of the originally scheduled webinar. For the Q4 2026 presentation session, the 21 day window closes on September 1st, 2026.
- Organizations that have completed purchase for multiple quarters at once will be asked via email to include information on later films closer to the time of the later presentation.
- Presentation order will be first come first serve for each webinar based on completion of this form and payment of the invoice.
