Oct 21, 2026 - Deadline for Oct webinar only

 

This form supports both individual and group registrations, with a maximum of 20 participants per submission. Start by completing the institution contact information. Then, provide the required details for each attendee. When prompted, select the total number of registrants to proceed with payment.

Event Refund and Transfer Policy:

All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another individual affiliated with an active CUPA-HR member institution, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the event. To request a transfer, please email Jamie Williams at nccupahr@gmail.com with the subject line: "Fall 2026 Transfer Request."
