Welcome to Dance Dimensions 44th Season!

We are thrilled to have you join our dance family. Whether you are a recreational dancer or pursuing a pre-professional track, our goal is to provide a strong foundation in technique and history while fostering a lifelong love of dance.

Our Philosophy & Studio
Dance Dimensions is an inclusive, family-friendly studio offering instruction for students of all abilities, ages 1.5 and up.

We take pride in our:
- Caring Atmosphere: A creative, supportive, and cheerful environment for every student.
- Professional Instruction: Classes in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop, Lyrical, and "Dance Works" (Contemporary, Modern, Conditioning, and Leaps & Turns).
- Top-Tier Facilities: Three spacious studios equipped with professional sprung flooring for dancer safety.
Registration & Enrollment
To secure your dancer’s spot, please complete the following steps. Please note that classes are limited in size and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Required Payments The following must be paid within one week of submitting your registration form:
- Annual Registration Fee
- Payment #10
  Note: Both the registration fee and payment #10 tuition are non-refundable.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Check or Credit Card (Payments can be made via our website at dancedimensionsLLC.com)
Tuition Structure: Tuition is based on approximately 30 weeks of classes, which are conveniently divided into 10 monthly payments running from September through May. Payment #10 is due at registration.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PLEDGE

I, {parent} the parent/guardian of

{dancer1} , a student of Dance Dimensions, LLC

- Do hereby release from all liability Dance Dimensions, LLC and its staff for injuries sustained during the course of dance or dance-related study in-person/virtually with Dance Dimensions, LLC in Brookfield, CT.
- I understand all studio policies, fees and information written in the 2026-2027 information packet I received and/or on website.
- I understand that I will receive a discount if monthly payment is paid by cash, check or money order by the 1st of each month. I further unterstand to receive this discount payment must be received (not postmarked) by the 1st on each month.
- I understand a payment paid between the 2nd and 10th of each month will not be discounted.
- I understand a $20.00 late fee will be added to any account received after the 10th of each month in which it is due. If this past due amount is not received by the first of the next month an additional $20.00 will be charged, etc.
- I understand there will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks.
- I understand that registration fee and tuition payment #10 are non-refundable.
- I understand thatDance Dimensions may need to increase fees, at any time if necessary.
- I understand all class cancellation and make-up policies.
- I will notify the office on, or before November 1st if the student is not able to participate in the recital, so the costume fee and recital fee will be removed and costume will not be ordered.
- I understand that if the student leaves a class(es), or leaves the studio after November 10th, I will remain responsible for all costume, tuition and the recital fee due up to that date of notification. Or if the student drops a class(es), or leaves the studio after December 31st I understand I will be responsible for the payments due through the end of the season.
- Students will receive costumes in the Spring, provided all fees, up to and including that month’s tuition are paid.
- I understand here are no refunds or returns on costumes.
- I understand the student will not be allowed to participate in any classes, workshops/conventions, rehearsals, and/or any performances (including recital and showcase of stars) if the account is not paid in full prior to the event.
- I understand my dancer will be recorded for the end of season performance that will be shared with all dance families.

Tuition payment #10 is due with the above REGISTRATION FEE within 7 days of submitting this form. Please see the studio Handbook & Policy Guide for tuition rates.
