Model Release: I grant Rattlingourd Studio, LLC & its legal representatives & assigns the irrevocable & unrestricted right to use & publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, & any other purpose, in any manner & medium, worldwide & in perpetuity, without compensation. If subject is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign. The signing adult represents that they are the legal guardian & have authority to grant these permissions. Parent/Guardian signature required if subject is under 18.
Restraints: Animals shall be secured using leashes or harnesses during sessions. We make every effort to remove or reduce the appearance of restraints in final images. However, due to positioning, coat type, or coverage, some gear may remain partially visible if full removal would affect image quality. Restraints are used solely for temporary positioning during photography & do not constitute transfer of custody or handling responsibility. Rattlingourd Studio, LLC shall secure a leash to a weight or weighted surface. Client shall attach the animal's harness/collar to the leash provided by Rattlingourd Studio, LLC. If an animal arrives without a harness or leash, Rattlingourd Studio, LLC shall provide a harness. No guarantees of fit are made for leash or harnesses supplied by Rattlingourd Studio, LLC.
Safety & Behavior: Client acknowledges they are solely responsible for the control & supervision of the animal at all times during the session. Photographer does not assume custody, handling responsibility, or control of any animal at any point. Client assumes all risk associated with animal behavior, including injury, property damage, or harm caused by the animal to any person, animal, or property present at the session location, including but not limited to clients, adopters, shelter staff, & third parties. Photographer reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate any session if an animal shows signs of stress, aggression, or unsafe behavior. No guarantees are made regarding participation of any animal that cannot be safely managed within the session environment. Photographer may decline to photograph any animal at their sole discretion if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
File Handling & Delivery: Delivery timeframe is up to 90 calendar days from the date of payment. Delivery will be electronic. Rattlingourd Studio, LLC is not responsible for file storage after delivery. Client is responsible for downloading & backing up files.
Rights & License: Rattlingourd Studio, LLC retains all copyrights to the images. Upon purchase, Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Client may not alter, edit, apply filters, crop, or modify images in any way, sell, license, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission. Client may not use images in a defamatory, unlawful, or misleading manner.
Refund & Service Terms: All sales are final. No refunds shall be issued after services are rendered. Photography is a subjective service; no guarantee is made regarding specific poses, expressions, or Client satisfaction with appearance. In the event of equipment failure, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the control of Rattlingourd Studio, LLC, liability is limited to the amount paid. By signing, Client acknowledges services & pricing listed above.
Retouching: Additional retouching, including blemish removal, skin smoothing, & teeth whitening, is available as a paid add-on. *Additional retouching is only provided for human subjects.
