we need someone to help us keep the greenhouse running this season. it's physical, it's hot, and it's genuinely a great gig if you love plants and don't mind getting your hands dirty.

the role
we're hiring a Greenhouse Associate to help keep our plants healthy and our operation running smoothly. you'll be working hands-on in the greenhouse — watering, potting, maintaining inventory, and keeping everything looking its best. this is a seasonal position starting in early May with potential to grow into something longer based on performance.

what you'll do

- water, fertilize, and care for greenhouse plants on a regular schedule
- re-pot and propagate plants as needed
- keep the greenhouse clean, organized, and well-stocked
- assist customers and help them find the right plants
- support the team with deliveries, heavy lifting, and day-to-day tasks
- help teach workshops and classes if you're into it

what we're looking for
- available on weekends (required)
- experience with houseplants
- able to lift 30+ lbs regularly
- comfortable working on your feet in a hot environment for a full shift
- team player who doesn't mind getting dirty
