1. General Booths (Crafts, Merchandise, Non-Profit/Community) $50 12ft x 12ft space 2. General Food Booth (Non-perishable food items, pre-packaged food) $50 12ft x 12ft space ****Jack Day Committee will determine if you are eligible for general food booth**** 3. Food Truck/Food Trailer/Concessions $100 12ft x24ft space with 10ft between each vendor Vendors must provide personal generator if necessary. If you require booth sizes larger than those listed, please indicate number of booths needed below.

I am participating in the 23rd Annual Jack Day Community Festival on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 on the Practice Fields near Zion Chapel High Schools from 9AM-2PM. I agree that I will not hold Zion Chapel Schools, the Coffee County Board of Education, or Altrusa Internaltional of Jack, AL liable for any injury, damages, or theft of property, before, during, or after the Jack Day Community Festival. I agree to abide by all rules and/or regulations set forth by Altrusa International of Jack, AL regarding the Jack Day Community Festival.
