  • Please complete all sections accurately to participate as a vendor at Hermitfest West 2026. After submission, your application will be marked for review. If approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions and a payment link for the vendor fee. Payment is only required after approval.

    *Register before June 1, 2026 recieve an early registration discount. Total $55. Register after June 1, 2026 and registration is $75.

    Vendor Booth Specifications

    Booth Space Fee: Booth fees are waived for our major sponsors ($250 and above –limited space available) Retail Booth: $75 (local, handmade, and artisan items only –please provide photos). Non-Profit Organizations: $50 Small Tabletops: $50. No Alcohol Sales are permitted.

    Size of Booth: Approximately 12'x12' but let us know what you need

    This application is for retail booth space at our annual Scenic Celebration in Bear Valley. The number of vendor spaces is limited so please respond early to reserve your spot. Vendors must have a business license in their home county/city, State of California resale permit, and general liability and related insurance sufficient to cover their activities. Insurance certificates naming the Byway Association & County of Alpine as additional insureds must be provided to the Byway Association prior to the event. Vendors are expected to be set up in their designated space by 10am and to remain until at least 6pm. Set up begins promptly at 8:30am.              

    Vendors are expected to provide all necessary staffing, materials, and equipment, including, but not limited to, shade covers, tie-downs, tables, chairs, water, cleaning supplies, and garbage receptacles if needed. Cell coverage can be spotty, and gas generators are discouraged; please contact us in advance to arrange for electricity. Parking is a short distance from the vendor area, so a cart or wagon may be desirable to transport your supplies.

  • ❖  I understand and agree to abide by the conditions set forth in this application. I will set up in the space I am assigned, sell only those items approved by the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway Association (EPSBA), leave my space in the condition found, remove all trash generated by my operations and cooperate with the organizers of the event.

    ❖  I hereby release the EPSBA, Calaveras Visitors Bureau, Bear Valley CSA, and the County of Alpine from any and all liability for any damage, injury, or loss of any person or goods that may arise from the rental, occupation, and operation of my booth at the event, and agree to hold the EPSBA and County of Alpine (Planning Department, 50 Diamond Valley Road, Markleeville, CA 96120) harmless of any loss by reason thereof. I further agree to defend the aforementioned organizations & agencies in any action resulting from my activities at this event.
