The CSG West Legislative Council on River Governance (LCRG), hosted by LCRG Chair Oregon Representative Bobby Levy, will convene in Ontario, Oregon on August 24-26, 2026.

Comprised of legislators from the four Columbia River states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, the LCRG meets to discuss common challenges and emerging opportunities faced by the people living and doing business in the Columbia River Basin (CRB), as well as share strategies to address these challenges and leverage new opportunities.
