Photo and Video Release: Permission Form
Occasionally, photos are taken of children for use within the program or on our website and/or newsletters. Photographing and occasionally videotaping children in the classroom supports their sense of belonging, encourages learning, and teaches reflection. Capturing impromptu daytime moments and memories helps children reflect on and share their experiences with their families, which furthers the home-school connection. Please initial whether you authorize the use and reproduction of photographs or video of your child/children internally and/or externally, sign and date at the bottom of this form, and return.
