SCIT does not offer distance education to individuals located outside the State of California. By signing this form, you acknowledge and confirm that you reside in the State of California and will participate in SCIT’s remotely delivered class experiences via video-casting technology while physically located within the State of California.

I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for my continued enrollment at Southern California Institute of Technology (SCIT):
- I live in the State of California and will maintain my primary residence in the State of California for the duration of my education at SCIT.
- I understand that if I relocate outside the State of California, I will be ineligible to remain enrolled at SCIT.
