    $375.00 paid before 6/1 will include your first uniform deposit and 2 months of level appropirate tumbling. This will give your athlete the opportunity to grow their skills and dial in technique before team placements in August.

  • Fundraising

  • Snohomish Elite uses fundraising to help reduce competition costs for families. The majority of our fundraising is secured through Aquasox concessions and Snohomish Jr Football concessions. We also offer several other fundraising options throuout the season. 

    • Each athlete is required to either participate in fundraising ($700 goal) or select the $700 buyout option
    • Fundraising proceeds support the program as a whole and are not tracked per athlete
    • Competition fees ($700) will be reduced based on total fundraising collected
    • Final competition balances will be calculated and billed later in the season (typically November/December)
    • Any reductions or subsidies will be applied as evenly across all athletes
    • If fundraising exceeds expectations, additional funds may be used to offset competition or travel costs at the program’s discretion

  • Practice Schedule

  • June – July (Summer Tumbling)
    • Once per week (will be on a Tues or Thurs 7:15-8:15pm)
    • Focus on skill development and conditioning


    August – mid November
    • Sunday practices only practices will be 2-3 hours between the hours of 11:00am and 4pm
    • Focus on skill building, conditioning, and choreography


    Mid Nov – April (Competition Season)
    • Full practice schedule begins Tues & Thurs 7:15-8:45 and Sunday (same times as mentioned above.
    • Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday practices required
    • Focus on routine development, cleaning, and competition preparation

     *2/20-2/21/26- World Cheer Co- Bellevue, WA

     3/20/27- One Up- Bellevue, WA

     End of Season- TBD (based on fundraising)

  • Attendance

  • Athletes are are expected to attend all scheduled practices

    Excused absences:

    • illness or injury
    • family emergency
    • required school event (school performance, mandatory academic event)
    • religious observance

    Unexcused absences:

    • vacations during the season
    • social events (birthdays, parties, sleepovers, etc.)
    • optional activities (other sports, lessons, etc.)
    • missing practice without prior notice

    Repeated lateness will be treated as unexcused absences

    Missing practice the week of a competiton can result affect eligibility for that event

  • New athletes will purchase a full gear package.

    This includes:

    • Competition Uniform & Bow
    • Team Jacket
    • Team Backpack
    • Tumbling Shoes
    • Team Jersey
    • 2 sets of practice wear
    • Long sleeve practice shirt
    • Sweatshirt & Sweatpants
    • Competition Bow

     

    Estimated Cost: $800.00

    Returning athletes will typically reuse their current competition uniform if it is still in good condition and fits appropriately.

    Returner Estimated Cost: $400.00. We are switching to either an Nfinity or Rebel backpack, returners can either purchase a new one or use their Nfinity backpack from 2 seasons ago. 

    In some seasons, a new uniform may be required. This may occur if:

    • a majority of athletes require new uniforms due to sizing or wear
    • there is a significant number of new athletes joining the program
    • uniform availability or vendor limitations require a change

    If a new uniform is needed, families will be notified in advance and provided with updated cost and ordering information. Uniform decisions are made based on the team as a whole.

  • Team Moms

    Snohomish Elite Cheer utilizes Team Parents to help support the program, athletes, and coaches throughout the season. Team Parents play an important role in helping with communication, organization, and team support.
  • Team Parents may assist with:

    • coordinating team communication reminders
    • organizing team events and activities
    • assisting with fundraising coordination
    • helping with competition day organization
    • supporting team bonding and morale

  • Are you interested in being a team parent? We need 2 per team minimum.
  • Payment

  • By registering for Snohomish Elite Cheer, I understand and agree to the following:

    • This is a full-season commitment (August–April)
    • Monthly tuition is $175 and is due August–April
    • Competition fees are $700 per athlete and will be adjusted based on fundraising
    • Registration fees are non-refundable
    • Uniform and gear costs become non-refundable once ordered
    • If my athlete withdraws, I remain responsible for all committed costs
