Help us recognize our contest and race winners with gift card prizes. We are purchasing them in $25 increments. The total amount will be added to your invoice.
We will donate toward contest and small dog race winner prizes. (*added to invoice)

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION: Sponsor/vendor understands:
- Will have use of one 10x10 booth space.
- Provides own tent, tables, chairs, electrical cords, other booth supplies.
- Agrees to tape down all extension cords according to OSHA standards for safety.
- Agrees to arrive/set-up during assigned time and KEEP BOOTH STAFFED UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT AT 4:00PM.
- Will leave the space clean and deposit all trash and debris in the 30-yard trash container.
MANDATORY LIABILITY INSURANCE: All sponsors/vendors who are utilizing spaces or participating in any other ways must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for $1M liability. Pensacola Humane Society must be added as an additional insured.

We can recommend a company that provides CIOs in the event you don't have one already.

Deadline to submit COI is October 5, 2026.
