• Daddy of Montrose 2026 Application & Agreement

    *** The following application and signed agreement must be submitted by the end of the day on Friday, June, 19th, 2026. ***

  • General Information of the Title:

    To be a contestant and title holder, you must read and agree to sign and date this form at the bottom of the page.

  • - Daddy of Montrose and the Daddy of Montrose Contest may be referred to as DoM throughout this agreement.

  • - Falcon and Scott Fuhr-Kenyon and FuKen Productions are the owners of the Daddy of Montrose Title and the Daddy of Montrose Contest.

  • - The DoM Title is open to all permanent U.S. residents/citizens, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and reside within Harris County, Texas or adjoining counties.

  • - Any previous, or current felony charges/convictions must be disclosed before competing. Owners will decide if application warrants approval.

  • General Responsibilities of the Titleholder:

    As the Daddy of Montrose Titleholder, you will be responsible for the following:

  • 1. You agree to represent the LGBTQIA+ Community in a positive manner as Daddy of Montrose.

  • 2. You agree to be visible as much as possible by wearing the DoM patch during the year of the DoM reign.

  • 3. You agree that you will maintain regular contact with the title owners and that you will keep them informed of your activities and your fundraising efforts.

  • 4. This title, which is camp in nature, is considered a community title and you agree to assist other community fundraisers and events as much as possible.

  • Requirements of the Titleholder:

    As the Daddy of Montrose Titleholder, you will be required to complete the following:

  • 1. Produce and host a minimum of three (3) benefits for any local 501c3 organization within the Houston LGBTQIA+ community at Michael’s Outpost and raising a minumm for $250.00 at each event. Additional fundraising may continue at any venue once the above obligation is completed. Events must be as First Family of Montrose and not the charity's event. No funds from any show will be used for producing an event and a representitive from the charity of choice needs to be on hand to collect all the events proceeds.

  • 2. The DoM Titleholder is expected to appear at all contests when naming of the new Mother, Daddy, Boy, Girl, They, and Puppy of Montrose. Any absence must to excused by the director and a letter from the DoM Titleholder must be forwarded to send their regrets for missing the contest.

  • 3. The DoM Titleholder is expected to assist and support all members of the First Family of Montrose to the best of their ability in their endeavors to support the community.

  • 4. The DoM Titleholder will work with the producer/director in the production of the Daddy of Montrose Contest at the satisfactory completion of their reign.

  • 5. You will not hold or compete for any other community titles during your reigning year as Daddy of Montrose without expressed approval of the owners.

  • 6. As a Titleholder, you will not do anything that would bring any type of disgrace to the First Family of Montrose, individual owners/producers/directors, FuKen Productions, or the Daddy of Montrose Title. This includes representing the title after you have completed your year as a current title holder.

  • AGREEMENT:

    I have reviewed and understand this information and agree to the above contract and its contents. Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement will result in the revocation of my title and the return of all items received upon winning the title, including the Daddy of Montrose patch. All items bearing the name of Daddy of Montrose are property of the owners: Falcon and Scott Fuhr-Kenyon and Fuken Productions, and will be surrendered within two (2) weeks upon request of the owners for misconduct while representing Daddy of Montrose for contract violations. Applicant agrees that they have disclosed any prior or currrent charges of felonies that involve threats, harm, end of life, or any form of sex offenses.

  • JUDGING CATERGORIES:

    You will be judged in three (3) different categories: Presentation, Q&A, and Speech. Each catergory is worth 100 points in scoring. Scoring is Olympic style judging where the highest and lowest scores are eliminated. In the event of a tie, the owners will review the overall scores and presentation.

  • Presentation -

    During presentation, contestants are called on stage individually. This is when the Emcees will introduce the contestant and read their responses from the application below. This is a great time for contestants to present themself to the judges and audience as we get to know the contestant.

  • Questions and Answers (Q&A) -

    During Questions and Answers (Q&A), contestants are called on stage individually. This is when the panel of judges will ask the contestant random questions consisting of both serious and funny questions. Contestants may ask for questions to be repeated once to understand the question fully before providing their answer.

  • Speech -

    A maximum of five (5) minute memorized speech on stage is required. This is your chance to connect with the audience and articulate what this title means to you. Any speeches that run over the maximum time limit could have points deducted.

  • APPLICATION:

    This application is used to compete for the title of Daddy of Montrose. By filling out this application, you understand that Falcon and Scott Fuhr-Kenyon and FuKen Productions are the owners of the Daddy of Montrose Title and the Daddy of Montrose Contest. The information and responses provided in this application may be used during the Daddy of Montrose Contest.
