  • Total Points   Risk Level

  • 0-3                         Low Risk

    4-6                        Medium Risk

    7+                          High Risk

  • What Your Score Means

  • Low Risk (0–3 points)
Your current lifestyle and health markers suggest a lower likelihood of cardiovascular disease right now.

    This doesn’t mean “no risk”

    - Risk can build silently over time
    - Prevention here is everything

    What to do next:

    - Maintain healthy habits
    - Keep up regular check-ups (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar)
    - Optimise nutrition, movement, and stress
Perfect stage to optimise and prevent future issues before they start.

  • Moderate Risk (4–6 points)
You have multiple risk factors that are starting to stack up, which increases your likelihood of developing cardiovascular disease over time.

    What’s happening physiologically:

    - Early metabolic strain (blood sugar, lipids, or blood pressure may be creeping up)
    - Low grade inflammation may be present
    - Vascular function may be starting to decline

    What to do next:

    This is the intervention window
    - Address diet, movement, stress, and metabolic health
    - Consider more regular monitoring
This is where we can make the biggest impact and often reduce risk.

  • High Risk (7+ points)

You likely have significant or multiple established risk factors, meaning a higher likelihood of cardiovascular events (like heart attack or stroke) if nothing changes.

    What’s likely happening:

    - Insulin resistance / metabolic dysfunction
    - Elevated inflammation
    - Possible arterial changes (plaque development, endothelial dysfunction)

    Important:

    - This is not a diagnosis
    - But it does warrant proper medical assessment

    What to do next:

    - Speak with your health care practitioner for full cardiovascular screening
    - Begin targeted lifestyle and nutritional support immediately
    - Ongoing monitoring is important
This is where a structured, personalised plan is essential, you don’t want to guess here.

  • Not Sure What Your Score Means For You Personally?

  • Your results are just the starting point, your full picture depends on:

    - Gut health
    - Hormones
    - Inflammation
    - Nutrient status

    - Lifestyle factors
