    Professional, non-medical, no-entry errand services for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Worcester, MA and surrounding communities, including Millbury, Auburn, West Boylston, Shrewsbury and Holden. Launching May 1, 2026! How it works: Submit your request, we confirm details, and complete your errand with care and reliability. Service time begins when the errand starts. Clients will be notified at the start of service. Service time ends when the errand is completed, including delivery of items or completion of the requested task.
  • Service Pricing

    All services are billed at $27 per hour with a 1-hour minimum per errand.

    This means even quick errands are charged at the minimum 1-hour rate. 

    This minimum ensures consistent, reliable service and covers the time, travel, and coordination required for each errand.

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Payment is due upon completion of the errand. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Cash App, Square, or other agreed-upon methods. Clients will receive confirmation of total time and cost before final payment is collected.

    Services will not be completed without a confirmed payment arrangement.

  • SERVICE PRICING AGREEMENT

    I understand that services are billed at $27 per hour with a 1-hour minimum per errand. Additional time may be required depending on distance, store conditions, or service complexity. This minimum ensures reliable service and includes time, travel, and coordination required to complete the errand.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    I understand that cancellations should be made as early as possible. Same-day cancellations or changes may still be subject to the 1-hour minimum charge due to scheduling and time reserved for the request.
