                                • Section 7: Terms, Conditions and Park Rules

                                • RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
                                  • $100 damage deposit + $25 admin fee due at booking. Full payment required on receipt of invoice.
                                  • Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before booking date. Adverse weather cancellations excluded; alternate rain dates scheduled.
                                  • Provide $2M liability insurance certificate at least two weeks before event.
                                  • Non-members pay additional $10/person — provide a list of non-members after the event.
                                  • Leave grounds tidy: remove all manure to designated areas, place garbage in containers.
                                  • Open fires, dumping of sewage or wastewater is prohibited.
                                  • Report incidents or damage by completing an Incident/Damage Report.

                                  PARK RULES (SUMMARY):
                                  • Riders 15 and under must be supervised by a guardian at all times.
                                  • No dogs permitted within park boundaries (required by insurance).
                                  • ASTM/SEI helmet mandatory for riders/handlers 18 and under when mounted or handling horses.
                                  • Boots with a heel are mandatory for riding.
                                  • Vehicles and trailers restricted to designated parking areas only.
                                  • Tie horses to designated hitching fixtures only. Do not leave horses unattended.
                                  • All manure must be picked up and placed in designated areas.
                                  • Trail Course: Orientation required for first-time visitors. Complete all obstacles in hand before attempting mounted.
