Please complete this form to register for Bright Horizons Counseling Center’s Part 2 Summer Social‑Emotional Learning Group, a 2‑week / 4‑session program. The cost is $30 per session ($120 total for all four sessions). You may choose to pay $30 before each session or pay the full $120 before the first session. After you submit this form, a follow‑up registration form will be emailed to you. This must be completed before the group begins and will include a $30 deposit link to hold your child’s spot.
